Yes. We never ask for your account login details. Instead, you simply
invite us as a read-only team member through your platform’s admin tools.

Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?

No. The 14-day trial on paid plans requires no credit card — you’ll only
be asked to add billing details if you decide to continue on a paid plan.

How does the listener limit work?

Our system periodically checks how many unique listeners you had across
all your tracked podcasts. For example, on the free plan you can track
all your podcasts until you reach a total of 1k unique listeners for the
month. This is a soft limit, and we’ll reach out to you if you
experience sudden growth. Your account will continue to work.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and changes will take
effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I go over my listener limit on the Free plan?

You’ll still keep access to your data, but to continue tracking new
listeners you’ll need to upgrade to Pro or Business.

What’s included in Data Export?

You can download your engagement, retention, and keyword performance
data in CSV format, making it easy to share with advertisers or analyze
in other tools.

How is the Business plan different from Pro?

Business includes unlimited listeners, unlimited team members, and
direct support from the founder, making it ideal for agencies or studios

All plans include email support. Pro plans get priority responses, and
