Every answer starts with a lookup, not a guess.
The difference between Iris and a general chatbot is grounding. Ask “how did last week compare to the week before?” and it goes and finds out — pulling the numbers first, then answering from them. You never paste anything in, and it won’t invent figures.
It can look up your metrics by platform and period, individual episodes and their full retention curves, transcripts, the keywords you track and where you rank in Apple Podcasts, your chart positions, listener reviews, and the best-practice articles it cites.

Iris lives where you’re already reading.
The Ask Iris sidebar sits on the Radar, Keywords, Charts, Reviews and Episodes pages, so it’s a question away while you work. A floating chat button reaches it from anywhere in the app, and recently asked keeps your past conversations ready to pick back up.
On any Radar card, Dig into this opens the chat with that finding already loaded.
Iris needs a fully onboarded podcast before chat is enabled.
BEYOND THE APP
Ask the same questions from Claude or ChatGPT.
Connect your show once — about a minute, from the avatar menu under MCP Connection — and Iris’s questions work from the assistant you already have open. In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, then paste the connection link. In ChatGPT: Settings → Apps → Developer mode → Create app, paste the link, and choose No auth.
It’s the same analyst and the same data, one show at a time, tied to the show you opened from. Nothing is pasted anywhere — the assistant reads your numbers through the connection.
