Keyword detail
One keyword's full rank history, the shows competing for it, and where your show sits.
What this page is for
The Keywords page shows you a list. This page shows you one keyword properly — how your rank has moved over time, and who you're up against for it.

Rank over time
The chart plots your show's position in Apple Podcasts search for this keyword, across the whole period you've been tracking it.
Because rank is a position, the scale is inverted from what you might expect — line going up on the chart means rank number going down, which is good. The page reads it for you, but it's worth knowing when you're reading the raw numbers in a table.
Things to look for:
- A steady climb — whatever you're doing is working. Keep doing it.
- A sudden drop — something changed. A new show entered the space, your release cadence lapsed, or Apple's ranking shifted.
- Flat and stuck — this keyword may simply be too competitive to win. Compare against the competitors list below before spending more effort on it.
Who else ranks for this keyword
Below the chart you'll see the other shows competing for the same term, with how they currently rank.
This is the most useful part of the page for planning. If the shows above you are much larger, the keyword is probably unwinnable and you should target something else. If they're comparable to you, a few well-timed episodes on the topic can move you.
Related keywords
PodAnalyst suggests similar keywords based on the term you're looking at — near-variants and adjacent searches. These are often better targets than the head term, because they're more specific and less contested.
You can track any of them with the Track button, and they'll start building history immediately.
Your other shows
If your account tracks more than one podcast, the page shows where each of them ranks for this keyword. Useful for seeing whether your shows are competing with each other.
