Signing in and invites

Sign in, reset a forgotten password, accept a team invitation, or sign in with an API key.

Signing in

Go to https://app.podanalyst.com/auth/login and enter the email address and password you signed up with.

If you see "User not found", that email isn't registered — check for a typo, or sign up if you're new.

If you see "Wrong password", your email is correct but the password isn't. Use the reset link below rather than guessing, since repeated failed attempts are rate-limited.

Forgot your password

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Check your inbox for a reset link.

The link takes you to a page where you set a new password. Reset links are single-use and time-limited — if yours has expired, just request another.

Check your spam folder.

Password reset emails come from PodAnalyst via our email provider. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, look in spam before requesting another.

Accepting a team invite

If a colleague invited you, you'll receive an email with an accept invitation link. Opening it takes you to a page headed "You're invited!" where you:

  1. Enter your name and choose a password.
  2. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  3. Submit.

Your account is created with access to the podcasts you were granted — possibly not all of them. If a show you expected is missing, ask a team admin to check your access in Team and access.

Invite links are tied to the email address they were sent to, so they can't be forwarded to someone else.

Signing in with an API key

If you're connecting PodAnalyst to a tool or script rather than using the web app, there's a separate sign-in at https://app.podanalyst.com/auth/login-with-key that takes an API key instead of an email and password.

This is intended for developer and integration use. If you're setting up Claude or ChatGPT, you want the guided flow in MCP connection instead — no key required.

Signing out

Your avatar menu (top right) has Sign out. If you're on a shared computer, sign out rather than just closing the tab — closing the window leaves your session active.

Staying secure

  • Use a unique password. Your PodAnalyst account is connected to your podcast analytics, so treat it like any other account you care about.
  • Don't share logins. Add colleagues as team members instead, so each person has their own account and you can revoke access individually. See Team and access.
  • Remove people promptly. When someone leaves your team or project, remove them from Team Settings the same day.
