Your show
Radar
Your show's home page — Iris reads your latest numbers and writes up what's worth your attention.
What this page is for
Radar is where you land when you open a show, and it's the page to check first. Instead of hunting through charts for a story, you get a short list of findings Iris has already pulled out of your data — what changed, and why it matters.
It's called What's on your radar? because that's the question it answers. Not "here are all your numbers" — "here's what you should look at today."
Your numbers at the top
The four headline metrics sit across the top — Listeners, Listening hours, Plays, and Followers — each with its change since last month. This is your quick sanity check before reading anything else.
The Insights Feed
Below that is the feed: a stack of cards, grouped by theme. Each card is one finding, and every card has the same anatomy:
- A title — the finding in a sentence.
- The detail — the supporting evidence, with the actual numbers.
- Why it matters — the part that's easy to skip and shouldn't be. This is where Iris says what the number means for your show.
- A headline number — the one figure behind the card, called out so you can see it at a glance.
Iris writes these from your live data — your episodes, retention curves, reviews, chart positions, and tracked keywords — not from generic podcast advice.
What to do with a card
- Thumbs up / thumbs down — tells us whether the finding was useful. This genuinely shapes what you get shown next, so use it.
- Dig into this — opens the chat with the card's topic already loaded, so you can go from "that's interesting" to "show me more" in one click.
- Suggested questions — each card proposes follow-ups. Click one to ask it.
The refresh cycle
Radar refreshes itself. If your insights are missing or more than about 18 hours old, the page regenerates them automatically — you'll see "Refreshing your radar" while Iris gathers your latest data and thinks it through. This usually takes under a minute, and each section of the feed turns from thinking to done as it finishes.
You don't need to do anything. Come back in a moment and the feed will be current.
A note on timing
Radar can only work with data the platforms have reported. If your newest episode doesn't show up in a finding yet, it's usually because Apple or Spotify haven't published those numbers — not because something is broken.
If the feed is empty
A show that hasn't finished connecting its data won't have findings yet — there's nothing to read. Once your analytics arrive, Radar fills in.
If your data is connected and the feed still says "No signals on your radar yet", try again in a few hours. If it persists, email support@podanalyst.com.
